I found out I failed step 2 in October. I did'nt release my scores and applied for the match anyway. I'm taking it again soon but I was wondering if I should release my scores and pray or wait until my new results come out. Please advise.....

I suggest you not to release the score until you have the new one, because it might cause a bad impression, and although your score history will appear anyway, that time you will be presenting a passing score.
