I have my Observership notebook for sale. I did a 6 weeks long Observership this year.
The notebook contains 36 clinical cases, written with Chief Complaint, Hystory of Present Illness, Labs, Physical and Mental status exams, Medications given and assesement plans (future interventions).
Also, there are notes and clinical cases in it from the grand rounds I participated in Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry. (with a diverse pathology: Diabetes, Nephropathy, Spinal abcess, Asthma management, Huntington disease, Meningitis management and more...)
It also contains a few mnemonics, how to do a complete Mental Staus exam, Mini mental status exam, Review of Systems.
It's got a lot of things. About 90 pages written in it and needless to say, it's a single item- so I will take the highest bid.
I would like to sell it around 70 $, and I know it's worth every penny.
