I am staying in Uk and wish o take the USMLE step 2 in dec this year. the last date for submission of applications is 31august 2005.
Please can anyone guide me how to get the form attested by a notary here and where to go to send it at the earliest.
can someone also let me know the prices as well.

Hi,
I got my application form notarised by a solicitor who was a notary public. You can do an internet search to find your nearest one. Mine charged 10 or 20 pounds, which was very reasonable.
