Hey guys,

Do we need to take BP for h/o hypotension in the examination room?? or can we just rely on the vitals given to us?? If we need to measure BP again isint it a waste of time????

no, just write that as one of the investigation

no....dont need even that !........because its told in orientation cd.,...that u can take bp but while considering D/D....we need to take only the bp which is mentioned on the doorway information....so better not to do anything.....!
