if renal plasma flow is decreased and OncoticPressure at Glomerular Caps increase......what happens to the GFR???

i guess the above scenario can occur in a pt with severe fluid loss like diarrhoea..in whch the plasma volume will decrease n oncotic pressure in glomerular capillaries will increase.....so this will decrease GFR
