would really appreciate for ur help plz
1. can u tell how to put UW CSS cases on primum ??? i have no idea but want to practice these on primum
2. if the pt has INVASIVE PROLACTINOMA which is causing hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency, do we have ti give levothyroxine, cortisol along with cabergoline?
3. how long do we have to treat prolictinoma? 1year? then try off the cadergoline?
