look what you can improve in your CV, clinical experience in tyhe USA, research, teaching experience, dont loose hope, also do research about where to apply, some programs discriminate foreign doctors, and some others are very "picky" so dont get discourage!!! just identify your weaknesses and transform em in strengths!!!
