40-43-41 doesnt mean much either...you might pass but not necessarily. Many would say the CDs are much easier than real exam and do not reflect scope of real exam. I think the usefulness is that if you have low scores you know you have a lot of work to do and are nowhere ready for exams. High scores do not however (I believe) mean mean much.
Q-bank scores I think are more reliable
