Hey msfc....this is another post I put today.....more accurate for FMG,,,look:
There were 1331 TOTAL PGY-1 unfilled positions in the match = scramble
1 - There were 1005 US Seniors unmatched in a PGY-1 position this year. ( US Seniors only...remember there are US physicians that also apply )
2 - There were 1347 US-IMG unmatched in a PGY-1
3 - There were 3812 non - US FMG unmatched this year for PGY1
....
So 2352 "scramblers" ( us seniors + us-img) for 1331 positions.
......
This leaves NO POSITIONS for FMG.
