lSo in this pt we have diffusion problem , means problem with the interstitial membrane where we have that exudate that is barrier where the diffusion -exchange is harder ..
Well if w ehav easpiration pneumonia then we will have ventilation problem due to aspiration ..so answer is diffusion problem.....
