I X linked recessive disease,
1 affected male & homozygous female
All daughters will b e carriers & all sons will be homozygous normal
2 Normal male & carrier female
on avarage half of the sons will be affected & half of the daughters will be carriers
I nthis case,her son is affected,so her female fetus will have 50% chances of being carrier
