i think hematocrit will go up....but not upto 54%...glucose should be less...becoz insulin level rises immediate following trauma....pa02 of 20 is not compatible with life.....considering the patient is in shocke.....lactic acidosis is definite possibility....there is nothing to suggest cardiac involvement....and troponin rises after 12 hrs...so dddddddddddddddd
