Glucagon inhibit phophofructokinase 2, by phosphorylation, there by inhibit glycolysis.
Insulin stimulate phoshphofructokinase 2, by dephosphorylation there by stimulating glycolysis.
PFK-2 stimulate in production ofi fructose 2, 6 bis-phosphate which stimulate PFK-1(rate limiting enzyme of glycolysis)
