i know and i had the audacity to point this out.....so bye bye carilion.but seriuosly,they already have 2 fellowships,added child (accredited) and were planning to add CL.virginia tech university is opening up a med school in 2010/next year and so anyone who joins within this two or three years will have something for the future after fellowship
