kaplan sucks big time in all the subjects you listed, but from what I heard, only neuroanatomy and nerve injuries are heavily tested. The rest are low yield subjects in the exam. So you have to weigh the time and effort required for reading all those extra books against the actual benefit in the exam. Anyway, you should hear more opinions.
