Once you copy paste it to the ERAS, it will changes to Courier News 10pt, so it won't matter how u have it in world doc....
But try to make it around 500...you don't wanna annoy the PD's, they has so much papers to look at....that's what a PD told me when I was rounding in a hospital.
Its better to have it short (one page) and to the point so they will remember you, than a long one that nothing would stick in their memory. (It seems you are lost in your own PS...LOL)
