I am in a similar situation...U have to take a risk. With the FRED s/w being introduced and with the expected delay in results I guess it is not advisable to wait till you have ur results in hand. I have already applied and I would advise the same for you. Last year a lot of my friends with similar profiles were invited for interviews when they applied early. Bottomline- u r taking a chance either ways, so y not apply . The second option is to split the programs in 2 groups and apply to half right away and apply to the other half when u have ur ecfmg certifcate. It is upto u....best of luck
