I found some more information.Along with malignant hyperthermia,mutations inRyR leads to central core disease of muscle.But i don`t know what kind of the disease it is.
Also there are 3 types:
RyR1-found in sk.muscle
RyR2-in heart muscle
RyR3-in brain.
