@aishakhan-- Yes I used exactly what I mentioned in my first post. I did both the Q banks (once). First Kaplan Q bank when I just started reading for step 3 and then UW Q bank which is now 15% left. I am going through 2nd read of MTB and almost finished medicine part with my 2nd read. I hope this information helps you in your preparation. I'll post my scores whatever I get and now so it will be totally unbiased.I believe sometimes we get biased about the amount of preparation done according to scores we get when we post our experience and preparation time/material after the result!!!
