i m US resident(green card holder).i want to take exam outside states.what i know about application is that .we ahve to fiil out online n then have to send some forms to ecfmg via mail which has to be notarized.
can i get notarization here from my bank ?will ecfmg accept that?i m confused as i want to take exam outside state.
do i have to get noterization from the country where i want to take exam?
