heparin in MI ? - duloxetine
#1
do we use heparin in MI?

we use it in unstable angina

we use it if there is ventricular aneurysm following MI.

but do we use it with thrombolytic? or with PTCA? or if both cant be done?

in unstable angina, we use infusion nitrates only if pain is not controlled with sublingual GTN and heparin. OR do we routinely use it?

do we use nitro infusion in MI? ever? (in those whose pain is not relieved or who have pul congestion?)

its like a rabbit hole- gets confusing as we dig deeper. and then those damn recommendations that keep on changing all the time, like giving dexamethasone routinely in meningitis patients. uff....

any input on the above??...................
