Cool..Correct ANS is C.

Osgood-Schlatter, Legg-Calve-Perthes, and Kohler diseases are due to avascular necrosis of the tibial tuberosity, femoral head, and navicular bone respectively. These diseases are usually secondary to Trauma or embolism.
Albers Schonber Disease or osteopetrosis (I know it was a cheap shot to use this name in the question) is due to failure of osteoclastic activity.
