it is inetresting actually 3 messages at 15.59 and 2 at 16.00,,,so in 1 minute...5 messages..and i wont lie..i am a slow typer...any ways..aphro,shikhag,karmaguru,silviab...dochoc and all those who responded instantly..thank you so much.............

first one means that if you don't get any message from them untill Dec 15, they wont offer you IV any more, by the other hand, a hold at this time. The second one seems to be a 90% polite rejection, however for 10% if some of their selected applicants don't attend their interviews, they may call you.
