history s/o
rheumatic fever.
and inrheumatic fever immediate complicatiion is MR or AR
but after 20 years stenosis of valve becuase of healing of lesions on valves may cause stenosisof valves and mitral stenosis is a common complication so b cause of MS i think rigtht ventricular dilation may be the answer...
plz correct me if i m wrong....
