M3 receptor in BV endothelial cell------- increase IP3 and DAG---------activate NO production---------diffuse into BV SMC-------------increase cGMP-------vasodilation very weird, isn't it???

the answer is given wrong quansar. Don't confuse urslef. the answer is nifedipine and I am 100 % on this 1.

As for the reference u can check out page no 113 of kaplan pharma ( Anti anginal ). A nice flow chart is given here.....

residency_2008, reluctant to say but this time Kaplan is correct. Answer is A
nifedipine does relax BV, but not mediated through cGMP. ok, take a more careful look of the chart on p113
