ben u r talking of screening test for breast cancer in asymptomatic women.... this woman is symptomatic she has a lump... so hmm we can do all the test much earlier...

according to kaplan mammo is done annually after 50 yrs.. and between 40-50 yrs is is recommended that it shd be done every 1-2 yrs

this pt has a fibroadenoma.. i would do an fnac first then after confirmation of diagnosis..just observe unless the pt is adamant for sx

cd45 ur rite I was thinking about screening, but regradless of screening why not do a US to confrim it is a Cyst vs a Mass instaed of going for FNA 1st.

my first choice was USG, but the correct answer is mammogram

ok, just a note to add, they say, do mammo first if possible, but if pregnant, do USG

so what do mammo first then ultrasound and then fnac if only one lump is found.. or can we just observe this one after mammo and us?

so maybe mammo b/c of her Age?? (US n Pregnancy)-- If Inconclusive then FNA

Uterus was there a reason to do mammi vs US (Is it b/c of her Age??)
