ECFMG will provide a generic neutral letter for you if you can't get MSPE or dean's letter from your school. In your ERAS application just click the right box (sorry, can't remember exactly where now but it's very clear). Many programs don't look at your MSPE if you are a FMG even if you have one. If a program has graduates from your school, they will trust you more. US LOR is MUCH MORE important, if I were you, I'd put all my effort into that.

i do not believe that it helps imgs .Pds dont believe any document that dont originate from the states or verified by ecfmg.thats why everyone is looking for US LOR.DONT WORRY TOO MUCH MANY PEOPLE WITH MSPE DID NOT MATCH WHILE MANY WITHOUT IT MATCHED.it only has effect on amgs application.
