ok...

poor prognostic indicator for stress test

1. hypotension, syst BP dec >10-15
2. ST elevation
3. ST depression >2mm
4. HR > 70% of aged predicted maximum
5. ST depression persist >5 minutes post excercise

ANY OF THESE....STRAIGHT TO coronary angiogram
