u can have raised PSA in BPH as well...however u wouldnt expect prostate to enlarge in 32 yrs old....apart from above what i said

the only thing to me which i think goes for prostatitis in the question is temp is 98.9 so its kinda feverish condition , may be subfebrile. i guess prostatis might be the right answer

chronic abacterial prostatis? Thing is no WBCs-leukocyte esterase negative. Because for chronic abacterial prostatis >15WBCs. But then prostadynia is not in the choices.
