I think you are right about the growing bacteria....and that explain the megaloblastic anemia
wht i though is the overgrow complication...can appear right after surgery, and not 5 years after...
that is what i choose zollinger...but maybe u right fragilmed

Please clear my doubts here-steatorrhea causes Fat Malabsortion and fat soluble Vitamins are lost A D E K ,why B12? which is a water soluble Vitamin!
