When you want to get a car, wether its a lexus or a crappy 2nd hand car, you definitely test drive it ( attend Interviews ) but then again we all know some people out there might know a thing or 2 about it, so we go and ask and look for other REVIEWs about the things we want ( ranking ).
This is a public forum and it's suppose to be an avenue for people seeking answers and helping others.
If I wanna brag i'll put down 30 IVS not 8.
I am certainly not offended by people asking about their IV rankings, it shouldnt also offend you my friend. People out there in the forum actually wants to know what other applicants think about the programs they attended. That's also the reason you open up my thread. Im sorry if you find it offending?! Please be broad minded.

1. Baylor, houston
2. Presbyterian, Dallas
3. Cleveland, FL
4. Albert Einstein
That's as far I would go. Aim for Baylor or Presby. Don't settle for less. Good luck.

Docobet, more than ask for just a ranking, you should ask for comments about this programs. You can provide your own ranking based on your experience or feeling ans ask for opinions about it. I understand that you probably have an idea and just wanted to check other points opf view. Anyway, Baylor is by far the best of the ones you had listed. It is not impossible for IMG's to get in as hypersexual said but it is not a piece of cake. If they had called you is because they feel you have a chance. I can't agree with thinktek on CCF. CCF is not a particularly good program as far as I know. It's just a small private hospital in a very nice area in Florida. Not even Cleveland Clinic in Ohio is an extraordinary program for Internal Medicine. CC has a good reputation based on their subspecialties like cardiology or GI which are pretty strong, but not their IM program (it is very research oriented I believe). I don't know drexel personally but I heard mixed comments. Albert Einstein Philly is a nice small hospital, overall good for a community affiliated program. Rochester General, is ok. The rest I don't know.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply, I agree Baylor is the best, but just like you said it's hard. there are IMGs in the program and they gave H1 to them. So far I have attended only 4 of them, CCF, Rochester , presby and Baylor, thats why im asking.
Only prob with presby is that they only sponsor j1. PD is amazingly good though
rochester is very IMG friendly.
CCF very small and the location is expensive.
All the best guys

You're welcome docobet.
Do not let other's pessimistic attitude bother you at all. It is just right to know as much about a program. Do not also think that you are a fmg. This is fmg's BIGGEST WEAKNESS...to think they are lesser when the truth is you are better.
During ivs, just go out there and be who you are! Nothing less! Remember, if you don't believe your own self, who will?

From Baylor U can never get into CCF for fellowship .. check baylor grads fellowship placement ..none of them get into CCF or Mayo for fellowship ..most Baylor grads end up in the South for fellowship, mostly in Baylor only..
It is obvious that necker is from the South or even Baylor itself.. they tend to support the programs in south .. no matter what .. none of the Baylor programs are in top 5 in US rankings.. check US news rankings .. I think necker must pay a visit to Mayo clinic in Rochester to assess it himself ..

many IMG from Baylor may not even get fellowship on first attempt .. some IMG have gone to UK to do MBA .. some have gone to Stanford for research.. some have to go to Harvard to do Masters.
If U work hard in CCF U can get your first choice fellowship wherever your want, this is written on sccutwork review on CCF by a resident there .
