HIT is a prothrombotic condition...patient presents with thrombosis and not bleeding....

PTT is not prolonged bcoz of platelet deficiancy...here platelets are functional ....but they are reduced bcoz of they aggregate to produce platelet rich thrombus or destroyed once they agreegate

Sorry, I still did not quite understand.
Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia is heparin associted side effects, and its clinic manifestations is mostly likely to be DVT.
So I think both A and C are right. But only one of them could be the correct one, how to choose???
