Dont we put NG tube and do Lavage with any UGI bleeding. Eventually we have to do endoscopy but, dont we first remove the contents and stabilise the patient then we go for UGI endoscopy... thats what I thought.

Y should u remove te contents, He is not activly vomiting, he HAD an episode. Fluids already going in, Doe ndocopy to find ot the cause.....
