Btw did any of u guys get reply to ur thank u note from the PD. I got replies from the other interviewers but not from PD.

I have heard that he only replies to very few people whom he wants to rank.

any inputs?

I think there is some issue with professionalism,like some get H1 and some J1 all depends on the PD state of mind.But the truth is that the competition for few residency positions has resulted in IMGs getting unprofessional treatment.for a program that graduates medical student and still get dominated by IMGS,it says alot

i didn't even know that they were on probation before. That might explains why AMGs don't go there except for few LSU students. i agree with you about the PD mumble

i received a reply from him but that was after i emailed him to see if he got the thank you note. it did not say if they will rank me or not but said ''Our selection committee will consider your application carefully at our February meeting to set our rank-order list'
