I really don't think that IM program is going to be affected. Although it seems like a bid drama now (and newspapers LOVE this) it is not that uncommon to any program unless they are very reach programs. Even if they decide to cut down on personal, residents are really cheap labor force.

What I mean is still rank the program don't ignore it jsut because of this.
