well i dont think so coz i have practised for a year and have seen more than 100 pts a day on emergencies,,,,,,,,,,,,so i would still go for an x-ray,,,,,,,yes u might be right for the exam, for real life i d always go for an x-ray

In reality they give u antibiotics in ER.This is my personal experience.
but for exam,E could be right.
