If gastein level is >1000 ---u do a Ph Probe
If gasgtrin level is less than 1000---do secretin test-----

haha hyatt..funny, i meant that gastrin level will be high in atrophic gastritis also,so both have to be measured right?

If gastein level negative you do secretin

1st test serum gastrin level!!!if elevated i will do secretin stimulation test to rule out other causes!!!

best test is endoscopic usg
