RESEARCHER---just to clarify
adjustment disorder can have such a huge wt loss---also sucidal thought but but to tell it is adjustment disoreder----the response shud be out of proportion to the stressor
here the stressor is very high ---response is high -----so that the main point why this is not adjstment disorder
why this is MDD-------main RED FLAG----SUCIDAL THOUGHT AND PLAN
