There is no repeating of the exam once you pass. So a 75 means you will have to live with that result, no changes possible. Only if you fail can you repeat the exam.

Let me give you a tip, you probably did work hard, but there is something else you should consider..

English language skills are equally important. I have a feeling that many FMGs don't do well in the exam because of a poor command of English, not because of the lack of knowledge. So practice your english as much as possible. Watch English TV, listen to english radio, read english newspapers or magazines.. whatever suits you..
