If this is refractive error then why not Amblyopia which is one type of refractive error due to some underlying disease in children and cure after treating that.

recent onset of polyuria,polydipsia and wt loss? means diabetes or tumor
so eeeee is complication of diabetes

The correct answer is C , syptoms suggest DM type1,the high glucose in the lens is reduced to sorbitol by aldolase reductase,and water enters the lens by osmosis,therby altering the refractive index of the eye,,over time the osmotic damage will cause cataract.

honestly in the begining i thought it would be cataract but the question says recent onset of polyuria and polydypsia so though cataract and retinal heamorrhaegs are a complication of DM they would take time to develop ..
and for amlyopia there has to be to some pathology due to which a part of retina is not stimulated for a long time
and for retinoblastoma will cause loss of vision in the affected eye as it shows white reflex..

so i went for refractive error which can be a cause of blurring of vision in any age.
