As cadbury mentioned earlier---north India--AIIMS is the best and southindia---NIMHANS is the one------
My nephew is being treated at NIMHANS for seizures. But he has a problem. As for ur friend, she should take a couple of opinions before any single doc throws the child on meds----------.

NIMHANS i bangalore is the best place for neurology or psychiatry. I know the place personally like many others. you can safely bet on them.
