the Pteint is a good candidate, now they even use it with >10 events/hr, for auto CPAP home machine, it's a kind of annoying lot of patients don't like the mask adjustments and the noise acompany but when ever they get to use it they falling asleep like babies , not all of them though,
in the other hand there is no indication for PPI use as no cough at nights which is your clue, the patient is SNOOooooRING NOT coughing..
