this is not E for sure,


it is BBBBBBBBBBBBBB B.bordorferri can have second onset of symptoms by dissemination into the blood. or multiple infection with Ehlirchilosis (both of them are intracellular)

E. Sugguest B.recurrenti or B.hermsii (neither of them are intracellular) one is transmit by body louse (not tick) and the other one is by (soft tick)
