This is from the Gundersan website:

We require that all applicants must have passed USMLE or COMLEX Step One prior to submitting their application. In addition, we only review applications of those individuals who have passed the USMLE or COMLEX exams on their first attempt.

We only accept applications from those individuals who have graduated from medical school within the past 24 months. In the interim, applicants must have been engaged in meaningful clinical or research experience. International medical graduates must be ECFMG certified. U.S. clinical experience is not mandatory.
