Hello whatsup, I graduated in 2005. All exams passed on first attempts. Can u please advice which states should I not apply to ??

IL has some 5 yr rule so i m wondering if i shud apply there or not ?

step1 76 1st attemp
ste2ck 76 2nd attemp
step2cs 1st attemp

1year observership, MD PhD(from home country), strong LORs from american MD, GC,
lots of publications, 4 year career as a post doctoral follow in the US

got 4 ivs

Know where u belong with Ur scores - try outskirts- cities are very competent -Indiana has no licensing probs in regards to yrs of graduation
