Hi nazia, it is not pseudo seizure it is REFLEX HYPOXIC CRISIS.

should we get an EEG on the kid?
breath holding should have limp arms.
anticonvulsants shouldn't be used yet.

its a tonic clonic seizure.. ct is mandatory to rule out secondary cause in young kid
