@medclass : u r right ...this year is strange
i dont want to undermine the importance of not researching the criteria before applying but yet even if u do meet the criteria to the dot even then u get rejected and even if u dont meet one or 2 of their listed criteria u may get an iv call !

(btw, m i correct in assuming that u r a 2003 grad?)

hey meropenem,i just wrote them that i am interested in their prog and living in the same city and I can come to IV even with a short notice! hope this help!

i m not discouraging anybody...i m sorry if i have..but i have gone thru match once before..i hope everybody gets loads of ivs in november..its just that i have gone thru it once...i m happy with my ivs and i believe u only need 1 iv to match..but start moving now..dnt waste ur time waiting for ivs do something productive..

this year is different to me . I got 10 IVs by this time of the year. This year I got 5!! I don t need visa.God bless all of us
