blitz, often times there are J1 Waiver positions that open up. They are released every year by the government and you can get that information from physician recruiting agencies. However they are not very large in number. You will probably need to plan ahead of time. These positions are not just in primary care; just are more in primary thats all. I am planning on doing Holman if I can and get a waiver through PhD (finish it in 2 years) and get the J1 waiver before clinical rotations since the rotation scheduling is flexible. I will discuss this with the PD....

Depends on what you look for. For radiology permanent (or partnership) better than extended placements. hope that helps...
