They don't always ask. But I always manage to direct the conversation so I can bring a case into discussion. This opens doors for more conversation and also your insight/what you learned/how it affected you/and so forth, I mean the case you are talking about.

Talking about a case it's comfortable for me, I'm on my own territory. I better talk about something that I know that let them come up with weird questions. They will ask questions about the case to but I am much better at answering those.
