yes assoc PD is an indian.
the reply doesnt matter. all that matters is your score (probably the only place in US where they calculate a weighted average of the candidate's score, and that's how they rank you, solely based on that number.

the indian assoc pd doesnt ever reply, and the other assoc pd always replies, if this helps anybody with their doubts.

The chief resident interviewed me. I sent thank you letters both to the interviewer and the PD. Got a reply only from the PD.
